Forgive me the indulgent post...but I am very proud of my pony... Yesterday we had our first side saddle outing with the SUH, he was perfectly behaved and a pleasure to ride.

- arriving at the meet astride, pony inspecting the catering options.

- quick saddle change and into the fray...

- quick change of helmet (safety first, kids!) and posing with his buddy

- love this one, ready to leave the meet.

It was a lovely day to be out, now to build a bit more mileage in the side saddle so we can stay out longer next time.

He is a darling to hunt, but we have only been riding side saddle since April so we just stayed with the field for a couple of hours before heading home.
