Had to register to the forum again as wouldnt let me login boooo!!!!

Shockwave and 2 months boxrest went without misshap vet super pleased, Dee could be turned out (15 x 15 paddock) and start to be ridden......
Then it all went wrong....
I SLIPPED DISC IN B*&&%Y BACK Grrrrrrrrrrrr
Tried so hard to get someone to ride him for me nothing was consistant. So yesterday he was taken to the Yorkshire Equine Clinic so they can carry it on, but now we are 6 weeks behind. But it is looking good YAY!!!!

Oh no! Good news about neddy but bad news about you. Just get some Co-codamol, ice injury, and try and go to some pilates sessions. Stretching the back following proper exercises and learning how to use your core body strength has really helped me with my slipped disc. I go once a week, it costs £5 for an hour and its amazing. It especially helps riders. I was offered an op in January but decided against it as the odds were one in 500 ended up paralysed. My back is hurting today as I did a ODE at the weekend but I'm loads better than I was due to the Pilates. Hope you get better soon.
