Can anyone recommend a psychotherapist, or similiar, in the Notts area who may be able to help me with my serious (lack of) riding confidence issues?

I was seriously considering hypnotherapy and/or counselling as my confidence has gone completely despite my horse being a sweetie.

I have not actually done anything about it yet ...... so not qualified to actually recommend anything!
