Puffy legs

I wanted to pick your brains....
My 6yr old sportshorse mare has been off her food the last few days and not drinking much which is not normal for her.
This morning all 4 legs were a bit puffy and warm. Any ideas or shall I just get the vet? She also coughed a bit this morn. Thanks

as your mare has been off food and heat is involved some infection may be brewing, probably best to get the vet out.
