Following on from previous threads regarding my horse that had the accident in the stable, horse had stifle medicated back in jan. Is now sound, having monthly vet and physio visits and in about 45min hacking walk/trot work. But, the stifle is still puffy and feels like there is a bit of effusion there.its not massive and It doesn't go up or down with work but it's def bigger than the other one. vet says not to worry as horse sound but I am worrying!ha!abyone have thoughts? I am trying to bear in mind that he tends to take for ever to get over anything, he took about 4 moths to get over a skin infection!
He feels really good ridden and is moving well on it when turned out with my other on a sand arena (not allowed out yet as field too boggy)

Injuries on joints often leave a fluid filled bursa behind. It may never go. If it doesn't, you'll stop worrying in time . At least the difference can't be seen, unlike knees :)
