Puppies have arrived - need vet/expert advice plse

Also posted in dogs :7 puppies have arrived this morning, so very excited! All seems well apart from the first puppy - its tail hasn't grown fully and it does not appear to have any specific genitalia?! All the rest are obviously boys or girls - this one just has what looks like a red flesh line from bottom to stomach - very healthy, but not quite right -Any ideas???

I'm by no means an expert, but would think that your pup will need to see a vet for either surgery/euthanasia; it will be unable to defecate/urinate and could end up in a lot of pain if not sorted. I hope I'm wrong, but a vet would be your best bet at this point. Good luck.
