Puppy farming - Norfolk

Am I right in thinking there was a thread trying to expose puppy farmers in this part of the country? Not sure if these are the people (puppy farmers) concerned....

I see there is a woman from Norfolk who was involved in a cruelty case - Amanda Adams- recently moved to a place in West Cork where a UK ban on her keeping dogs doesnt apply.
I dont know if she was associated with puppy farming though.
