I've reserved this puppy when she was 2 weeks old, so had to wait 6 weeks, was bursting with excitement and she is finally here!!!
Everyone, meet Roux, 8 week old red toy poodle
She's a proper little madam, she knows exactly what you mean when you tell her off yet she sits there and tries to stare you down.
Her first night, she slept through it all, not a peep, until 6am, when she started howling. She only seems to cry when you're not in the same room but she's in her crate. When you leave her out of the crate so she has a choice to be in the room with you, chances are she is going to go exploring all by herself. She also cries when being held because she wants to explore and play not be cuddled!
She's learning extremely fast though, only had her since Thursday night yet she already knows sit, no and comes to call
Daisy (my 11 year old mini poodle) is not very sure about Roux, but she is slowly starting to accept her now, very slowly, last photo is of last night, and they were both sleeping next to me on the bed, and Daisy didn't move away so we're doing well so far!
