Yeah.

Our cocker baby,6/7months, is in hospital, been in and out for a few days, they thought it was gastro, she went downhill this morning-just dull and unresponisve,so unlike herself it was terrifying- and they now believe its a lodged item.

Contined further downhill this evening so they're probably (80+% likely) gonna do surgery this eve to check it out.

Healing vibes please :L :(

Blockage was the first thing I was going to say, I know two dogs personally that have nearly died recently and the vets looked at blockage as last resort, not first - one dog had swallowed a ball, one had swallowed a sock, it's always the first thing I would query (having had a dog who nearly died swallowing two pairs of tights!!!)

Hope she pulls through x

oh no, hope they sort it quickly and she gets better really soon.
my cocker tries to eat everything and lives with stuff in her mouth. it happens so easily.
when my friends pup went in in an emergency situation (throwing up continuously and badly) it was the first thing the vets looked into, especially rubbery things, I had to go and check all my daughters dolls and see if they were in one piece (some of them had rubbery mermaid tails) :(

thinking of you both , you must be so worried.

oh no massive hugs :(

have they x-rayed for a block?

my little cocker had a blockage (a stone) in december - they operated and he was very ill

hope your dog pulls through.
