anyone been to one of these? The first one I went to was with Bailey 2 years ago, held at my vets. So this time I toddled off with Layla who is now 10 1/2 weeks, it is for puppies under 15 weeks who either have or have not completed their vaccinations. There was Layla, who was the second biggest in her group, a gorgeous hairy GSD of 11 1/2 weeks (should their back legs be touching at this age?? he seemed to be diving about all right and maybe they straighten up as they get older) who was the biggest. The rest were a selection of staffie, chihuahua, another yellow lab but a boy, a westie (really dominant and kept attacking his owner!). They all had an absolute ball!! I was so proud of my girl confidently running around, though she was the only vocal one, kept running up to the others tapping them and barking and running off, I am sure it was her idea of a game of "had" - she just had such fun! I wish they ran them every week

Awwwwwwwwwwww! They are so gorgeous!!!
Layla is a proper little Andrex puppy

Love the GSD, reminds me of my old boy. I am so broody for puppies now - but then, that isn't unusual

she is and what is it about them and loo rolls!! and she can spot an unattended kitchen roll at 100 paces. GSD was so cute, only a week older than Layla and dwarfed her

That would be too much to wish for! My OH took Muppet out for a couple of hours at some god foresaken hour this morning (he's suffering from jetlag at the mo so was up in the middle of the night) so Muppy Puppy is snoring noisely now. Bliss!

lol the one who wore the mup out

I have a deadline to meet for 5pm and of course, all three are here diving around playing - on any other day they would all be snoozing soundly!! The word "typical" springs to mind

That's pooches for you! They always know when you really haven't got time to play with their ropey toy or bounce around with them. Hmmmmmmmmmm, just why am I thinking about getting a new puppy?!

defeats me right now

Layla's breeder decided to sell her sister too rather than keep her and I was so tempted, but if she is as confident as Layla I think the rotties would pack up and leave

The wee shep should be fine, you just never know, they get to be all shapes and sizes before they mature, you could drive a train through my boy's hocks up until a few months ago, he just got no roadwork before we had him so he was quite floppy all over!

I have to say he was a real cuddly monkey and did not have any problems getting around, even on the slippery floor - gorgeous boy so hopefully he is fine, thanks for that
