My friend replied to a request on a local midlands FB site from a woman wanting to re home two pug puppies aged 12 weeks because her daughter had died and they were her pups.
Person said they were in Kirkwell in Scotland and she could have the pup for a £100 delivery charge. She got suspicious and said that she'd come to collect the pup as she did not wish to take in a dog she'd not seen. Person then cut communications telling her that they were fed up with all her questions.
She told me about it today and I smelled a scam so I Googled it and found several warning going back to 2011 on a Great Dane Dog blog site.

So just in case anyone else is being sucked in to this sob story though I'd better post a link here . Don't they ever give up!
