Puppy wormer

I need to get some Drontal puppy liquid, anyone suggest the best place to get it? The breeder has been using it and said to continue which is cool as it hast upset them. I went to my vet to get some but he said they dont do it and its prescription only (which i have since found it isnt!) He went on to slag breeders off saying that you can never take them at their word whether they have even wormed them at all and that 'i suppose they gave you a long list of do's and don'ts and feed it this feed it that, all it needs is a good quality dry food like those over there (points to shelf) He really got up my nose to be frank. He was pushing milbemax which i have looked up and read about a few bad reactions. Milbemax is only available on prescription from what I can gather.

I have seen it on a number of website but would like a recommendation if poss

I always bought my Drontal for adult dogs from vetuk.co.uk - they are spectactularly quick in sending the stuff out, and are just as cheap as any other website I could find. Hope this helps

The puppy was a present for my boyfriend for his birthday (and xmas and valentines day and next birthday..) I'd better get a horse quick before I spend all of my horse fund on the little monkey!
 
Wanted Drontal for mine but vets have moved onto Melbemax though you don't need a perscription for it I just go in & ask for x amount of tablets! Though our vets are very good bar one that thinks all dogs should be spayed even if they are pedigree & a good line which you want to breed from. Only told me once to spay & then got firmly put in his place! Did that as was on day they need worming & couldn't get them off net in time. Neither of my dogs reacted (badly) to it. But I am a Drontal plus fan & now have a stock of it!!
