got a puppy yuesterday he is a german shepard x staffie any one else got this type of cross

Oh dear, Im praying this was not an intentional breeding, and u maybe rescued the dog, either way good on you for offering the dog a home, pics would be nice and intriuging
I also hope the others do not get passed around when the are out of the puppy stage.
I have seen staff x colies, they where .......whell rather wide/block headed fluffy things when older with odd shaped bandy legs.

No experience of the cross and can't really see why it would be done. However, well done for taking the pup on, the best advice I can give is to find yourself a decent training class asap, and do lots of socialisation. Agree with the others,pics would be good.
