Pyracantha/ Firethorn

Can anybody be able to tell me please if this plant is Pyracantha by cob has just ate a pile of the berries from the ground and I am worrying.

The photo looks to be of two different plants - some type of bramble (left, thorny stem), and hawthorn. If so, then mine regularly eat both with no ill effects.

As above the red berries and some leaves look like hawthorn, while the other leaves are blackberry (bramble), neither if which is poisonous.
