Q. re worming for bots post frost?

Is (according to metcheck) temp 2 degree C, which "feels like" (-3 degree C) temp, sufficient to then worm for bots?

We have actually had a frost this winter (although it's been v mild since) so I was wondering if it would be premature to worm next week

No, you will be fine - I think this after the first frost lark will soon be very outdated the way the weather patterns are going.

i always worm after the first frost for bots and tape worms!
