QH hunting hat vs Charles Owen Fian

Hi all, I’m looking to buy a new helmet before the new season. Does anyone know if there is any difference at all between the Charles Owen Fian helmet and the Quorn QH hunting hat? If so, what is the difference?

They look exactly the same in photos and Charles Owen even makes the QH hat.
