qualifications etc needed to set up a small trekking centre?

hi just wondering if anyone has done this and knows the legal requirements(sp) etc. and if its different running it for purly adult purly children or a mixture of both and if the person riding out needs qualifications? please help me i have tried to look on google but not sure how to shorten my search to get the advice plz pm me or put it on hear many thanks!!!
 
I don't believe you need any qualifiactions, but it would probably help if you did. Just make sure you sort out your insurance

You will need to use qualified instructers that have their BHS or British Riding School exams, they will also need their frist aid at work certificate and take an update 1st aid course every 1 or 2 years and also they need to get their child protection certificate. The trecking centre will need an annual inspected by the local authority and a vet to check over each horse every year.
