Quarantine for horse import near Leamington/Southam

Hello!

I'm importing a horse and the transporter has said that I could have the quarantine done either in the US or here in the UK. I was wondering if anyone knew of any places local to me that would be suitable so that during the quarantine time I could do a bit extra to help it adjust to life not on a 400 acre farm.

Sorry, I don't know of any up your way. The likes of Gary Witheford (near Marlborough) does import quarantine, easy run down the M4 from Heathrow.
Worth going back to your importer to ask who they have used in the UK previously?

As above, ask the people doing the transport.

Had a talk once about importing/exporting USA to UK and the chap said to make sure you have good insurance cover should the horse come up with something and you have to fly it back!
