question about albion k2 jumping saddle

I think this is probably a really stupid question but i thought i may as well see what others think!

ive just bought my 4yo a new k2 jump which i have absolutely fallen in love with. Just a quick question about under the saddle flaps. Where the girth straps are there is an extra loop. Im presuming this is for use with a breastgirth maybe? cant think of any other reason for it?

No, its so they can put a point strap on if need be

ahhh i see! having never had a point strap before i didnt have a clue! feel really thick now!

went out for my first ride in it tonight though....its so gorgeous. Better hope this youngster can jump!
