Question about boys bits!

Have posted in the lounge also but got no replies so thought id try here! Inky's "boys bits" have all of a sudden started to drop but i have noticed one has dropped more than the other. Is this normal and will they even out as they get bigger so to speak?

It's normal when they are young for one to hang down a bit further than the other. They do self-right in time.
