Question about BSJA....

If a horse has BSJA winnings but is no longer registered, and the owner is not quite at that level yet, would they still be able to compete in unaff. competitions like clear rounds etc?

It is only (current) BSJA members who should not compete unaffiliated for a prize of more than £10
