I don't care what you wear on your head, and what people abroad where on their head especially as I don't pay for their health insurance.
The NHS argument doesn't really stand up, and TBH we should all go round stealing pies off fat people and putting sprinklers into smoking areas
I always wear a hat on a horse- mainly because it feels weird not to, I have to at work, and no matter how good the horse is anything could happen (some of the worst falls are freak accidents like a horse stumbling or slipping).
I know a few people who never wear a hat except at shows (show jumpers), and again it doesn't worry me as frankly the person in question could probably do with a good bash around the head.
