question about these white vans etc

Im not sure i get this, so these men are taking pictures of horses and advertising them on the net? In this country or abroad?? Are they stealing them when the horses have been sold or do they keep them somewhere untill theyve been sold?? Why would you take pictures if your just going to steal them and send them abroad?? This all sounds too wierd...
I would of thought anyone buying general horses would want to come and try the horse first, without exchanging money before seeing it.??!!

I have been told they are stolen after sold and shipped straight out.

But they can't steal them with a white transit van, and I haven't heard of any sightings of horseboxes or trailers?
