Question for TheFarrier

I can I think. It's normal, just weather, time of year... all 3 of mine are losing a bit of sole, one more than the others.
 
I read your post earlier and was going to reply that it is a natural exfoliation process (my horse had it last year and my farrier explained it to me) however I was worried I might get shot down on here for not recognising a major sign in some hideous illness- as can sometimes happen when people are bored on a Sunday night

I am glad someone else has asked this questions as everytime I pick my horses feet out some of her sole comes off too.

I was getting really worried, didn't know if this was noraml or not.
