I've recently bought a coachbuilt Renault Master, after having a van conversion for a while. I'm finding my horse isn't travelling quite as well in this one though - I think it's due to the stall width being that much wider than in the van, combined with our bumpy twisty Welsh roads!
I'm toying with the idea of getting another partition from the coachbuilder, so that I can stall him more centrally in the vehicle between the partitions. My thinking behind this is that:
1) I can only carry one due to payload so would balance the vehicle better if he was more central
2) Would be safer in the event of a collision - he'd be less likely to get squished
3) I could adjust the width of the stall.
Has anyone else made any similar modifications to their van? Thanks.
