Questions for potential sharer to ask owner

I need help, please ! I've just emailed a lady who is advertising for a sharer - as it happens she is based at the yard where i ride and i have seen her horse in action a few times. I'm hoping she won't turn round and say, no you're too much of a gonk to ride my horse, but assuming she doesn't, can anyone suggest what sort of things i should be asking her?i'm assuming things like days, costs, duties but anything esle that would be useful to know?

Will I be allowed to compete him?
Would you require me to take out rider insurance?
If I was ill on my duty day would I have to pay for the yard to sort him out or would you be coving it and visa versa.

It depends what you want to do with him?

Will you be a happy hacker, or do you want to compete, as this will affect what you need to ask considerably.

In addition to the above points.....how much would you be required to pay towards Livery, vet bills, dentistry, chiropractic care, Farrier etc? How many days per week you would have sole use? What you would be permitted to do on him, just hack & school, show jump, X Country etc?
