Quick BD question - class tickets

At what stage in the entry process do you need your class tickets? I have ordered some but they haven't arrived yet (should be here by Monday). I am going to enter a couple of classes over the phone. Do I actually need the tickets in front of me to do this, or will I just need to take them with me when I go to compete next weekend?

How much were the tickets Gamebird, if you don't mind me asking? Havent had a chance to look through BD website yet...was thinking i might go on a ticket and make sure we're not completely out classed before i sign up for that winter thingy

As I understand it you don't need a ticket to enter Prelim (open) at all.

Will be doing novice sadly so will need a ticket. They're £6 each.

I've been rethinking this BD winter thingy and I reckon for it to be worth doing it you need to make it cheaper than class tickets. So you could get 10 tickets for your £60. I generally do 2 classes a time so that would mean I would need to go more than 5 times to make it worthwhile. What with hunting, BSJA and general rest and recuperation I'm not sure that's going to be realistic. I might just stick to the unaffiliated stuff and do the odd BD on a ticket after all!
