Quick help - horsebox tie rings - what screws?

As title, I have these tie rings but I'm not sure what screws to use, they are for the outside of the lorry

i had them put on mine and there fixed with a bolt from the inside through the hole in the tie ring then a washer on ,then the nut ,then any left over bolt sticking out grinded off.
