quick jacket Q for sjing.

I have this tweed jacket that I want to wear for sjing, because I have never worn it before. Can I wear it with PC tie and white shirt, or with a stock? I haven't a clue how to tie the stock though

I also have a black show jacket. Which would be more appropriate?

if you are unaffiliated, either will be fine, in fact tweed would be better) if you have affiliated it would probably be better to wear the black one.

either stock or shirt & tie is fine with tweed. you can get ready tied ones' or else - try this.

either will go for sj'ing

Personally I wear a stock shirt without the stock
(if permissed by secretary)but I always carry the stock with me just incase I am asked to put it on

thank you both - tweed it is. I think I will wear the PC tie, but I will take the stock to see if I can try and do it properly!

thanks for the link - I think I might've tried using that site before....still could never do it.... I will have a go though...maybe someone shall tak pity on me and will help me.
