Quick novice q - studs when sj on a surface?

Daughter sj at Addington next week. I presume it's a surface and that she won't need studs? New to all this (competing!) thanks.

I would expect it to be on a surface and the warm up also will be, so no reason to use studs.

Addington has super surfaces inside and out. They would be cross to see studs punching holes in them.

Take a picnic, food wasn't great.
