Showing attire

Only for a small local show but i only decided to go today, show is tomorrow. Can't find half my stuff *panic*

Anyway i have managed to piece together;
The obvious- cream jods, shirt, tie etc

Have a navy tweed show jacket and a navy hat and now i am a bit worried about boots.

So the question is-

As you are wearing navy, I would say black is complimentary. Brown would be suitable if your jacket was green tweed.

Phew! I was set on black when someone said brown would look better. TBH i am much better at normal fashion than horse fashion as i am pretty much a happy hacker so have little knowledge of what is 'right' in showing. Thankful i don't have to dig out (and clean!) the brown boots. Thank you

Are the boots long or jodphur.

Brown jodphur boots are correct for showing with tweed, or navy jackets.
