Quick question about ebay discount voucher!

i just logged onto my ebay and their is a 10% off voucher there, with a max discount of £70. Now i have just bought a horsebox off there and the seller says i can pay by paypal, so wooohooo - an extra £70 off BUT i just want to double check with someone before i hit pay - its paypal giving me the discount isnt it and the seller will still get their full fee (as paypal will make up the discount?)
have i got that right????

Go for it.Your seller wont lose out on anything and you will get an extra bargain

Glad you got full use out of it, Ebay/Paypal make up the difference to the seller.
