Quick question about Olympia

Can anyone tell me, does Olympia still always have the Met. police display, and the King's Troop musical drive each night?

I can't see either mentioned on their website... Anyone bought tickets and have more info?

I think it varies each year? I should know! I've been going for the past 6-7 years, but I honestly can't remember if they've been there every one of those years XD

You're right, Kat.

I've just had an email back from them confirming that it's:

-Lorenzo, The Flying Frenchman
-The Lusitano ride from Portugal
-Shetland Pony Grand National
-New Extreme Driving
-The Kennel Club, Dog Agility Stakes

Which annoyingly isn't going to appeal to the bf at all, unlike the Met. or the King's troop. Damnit!

Not sure if we'll bother buying tickets in that case. :o
 
Well now you've announced to the world that you'll be there, then EVERYONE will be booking tickets in your block! :p

I shall talk to the bf and see if he still fancies it. He'll like the SJ'ing, but it sounds like the displays aren't going to appeal to him (or me!) like the Met. or KTs would. Might just get tickets for Warhorse instead.
 
Just as an aside- most of the performances are sold out- we booked a fortnight ago and struggled to get decent seats (eventually got some for sat night)
 
But I'm entertaining, surely thats enough?

Shadowboy - we booked about 2 months ago which is why we're in a corner block on Thurs night :D it sold out so quickly!

Ha! Oh lord, don't give my bf a pole dance... :eek: You would scare the life out of him!! :p

Oh well, I don't think we'll even attempt to get tickets now. It's a lot of faff going to London for what is essentially one showjumping class that I can watch from home, in front of the fire with my FEI TV subscription. ;) Hopefully they'll bring back either the Met. or KTs next year :)
 
I would like to come back at you by calling you a 4 letter word, but history suggests that would lead to a million page thread, because someone would be offended! :p
