If you had the chance of getting 50 bales of last years hay or running out and risking new stuff being cut soon...would you buy last years in or risk it and wait for new stuff????

Last years hay was probably cut in June or July at the latest - therefore will be better quality than this years (and not full of rust)

If not too expensive I would buy last years.

grab last years while you can. if it has been stored well there should be no problems with it.

I used last years all this year (if you know what I mean) and the quality was better than some of this years hay. I'd get last years

Last years without a doubt.....if it's been stored well there is no problem at all. I did the same yesterday....at least I have sufficient to see me through for the next few months now

we are having the same problem with straw and we are willing to take what ever we can get even tho its not as nice as we are used to i'd just go for it im sure horseys would prefer that than no food at all!
