Quick question re horses weight

Roughly how much would you expect a slim (vet sopinion!) 14.2 welsh cob weigh?I can have him weigh taped.He needs muscling up a bit so know he will gain a little.Just looking at transport options.

400-450kg? Complete guess by the way, based on I used to have a slim 15.1hh heavyweight cob who the weight tape said was 475kg though I expect he was more as his legs were very chunky.
