Does drinking certain amount of water a day help lose weight?
And if anyone has any tips on losing a bit quite quickly will be much appreicated

don't stop eating!!!, eat properly (and healthily) as if you don't you drink to make up for it and that will put on weight on you (make sure you stay hydrated though!!) plenty of exercise.

agree!!!!!!! you'll feel rubbish if you do this!
just up your water by a shed load - i.e. always have a glass/bottle of water in your hand so you drink it throughout the day - it should flush your system and make everything....better....!

however - it won't make you a size 8 overnight (lord knows i've begged for that to happen!) so be happy with what you've got and wearing any dress with a smile is the best way
