Just writing an email to somebody regarding their advert for their horse but am unsure how to start it?
Have currently put "dear seller"

Is there not a telephone number? Just in my experience people are far more likely to respond better to potential purchasers who phone than email.
I have a friend who only ever emails and never gets a reply, yet i can ring the same ad and give her the details she wants within 10 minutes!
Obviously if you really need to do it NOW and cant wait thats another matter!!!!

There is, but this is for a friend and it's his first experience of buying a horse so it was easier to help him write an email.
If they don't respond I will be making him ring ... this horse is cracking and too good to miss I think!
