Quick rug decision help please

I have just bought Skye in for her tea and going to turn her back out for the night. It's peeing it down here (that really fine rain that sticks to you!) there's no real shelter from the rain cause of the direction it's blowing from. Should I turn her out in her mw with no neck or mw with full neck?

My boy is only in a lightweight no neck, and thats only coz its raining, otherwise he would still be nekkid.
It's not actually cold, so I would say deffo no neck.

no neck, I know that puppy means well !!, but sometimes we just need the reassurence to go with what we already know to be ok, I know I do
