As I'm at my Parent's house for dinner, so nicking their Internet :D

Otto is LOVING the new house, enjoying all the space and the big garden! He has settled into a new routine now I'm working again, back in the boarding kennels, which is perfect as I'm 4 minutes away so can go home for my nice long lunch :D

HOWEVER, he has absolutely terrified me and OH today by RUNNING down a rock face that people regularly rock climp up :eek::eek: He was absolutely fine afterwards, did it in a similar fashion to a horse going down the derby bank in fact! God knows what ran through his mind!!

And the most exciting news....

There is a new puppy on the block :D :D :D

My Mum has finally got her new cocker pup. Little liver boy, absolutely gorgeous :D Arrived today and is currently sleeping on the sofa next to me :D

Otto has yet to meet his little cousin, but has sent him a puppy kong :D

Oh, and Otto turned 2 on Thursday :D No new pictures of the hooligan, but as soon as we have internet again (fingers crossed for this week!) I will do him a proper belated birthday post :D

Hope all the ADD doggies are well and so are the owners, feel like I've not been on here for months when in reality it's two weeks!

I did wonder where you'd got to! That spangle puppy is the cutest thing I've seen all week - knocks the proverbial spots off OH's sister's baby (seriously, it looks like a potato with blight! :eek:)

Babies = bleugh

Puppies = :D:D

Your next post needs to be entitled: "How I Stole Mum's Puppy" :D (what's his name? :p)

Now on OHs iPhone so this will be short!
Pup is yet to be named. I tried very hard to smuggle him out but I was thoroughly frisked before being allowed to leave! He has the waggiest tail I have ever seen on any dog, it's a blur, sitting is going to be tricky given how waggy it is!!

Numptynovice - I know what you mean. Friends and their baby came to visit, and whilst I think she is a fab baby (very cute and so well behaved) she inspired no broodiness in me, five minutes with that puppy though.. :D

Agreed - that spangle pic needs a warning with flashing lights on it!! It made me gasp in a sort of 'aww.....awww...awwww' way!
Now abseiling without a rope - that's something that Purdey hasn't tried yet, I suppose I've got that to look forward to.
Although she did once jump over a stone wall in Swithland woods without looking what was over the other side - an 8 foot drop! A young man out walking with his girlfriend offered to go over the wall to rescue her. I'm sure she would have found her way back further along but it impressed his girlfriend as he rescued the cute puppy (think Athena posters if you are old enough!!!).
What is about these spangles that they get themselves into all sorts of trouble??!

Cute puppy. Were your ears burning last night, I was asking at the meet up where you were, Evie would have loved it if Otto had joined the spangle gang, they're not as fast as greyhounds.:p

Haha, I didn't know when it was, I could have come! :( Nevermind we'll come to the next one!
Someone should really tell Otto that Spaniels aren't as fast as Greyhounds, he seems slightly confused! :D

Oh, I have a confession to make... There is the most gorgeous big GSD in at the kennels at the moment, he is making me really really really want one!! :o

I have never dared take Henry to Beacon Hill for that very reason:eek::rolleyes: Gorgeous pupster!:eek::):):)

We have to have another meet up, after all I have found my tent now:D
