argh, help me before my head blows up!
Battery on fatty Bruces fence needed charging......put on charge overnight (could probably do with longer but couldnt spare it any longer as he will just walk through the fence without it).
took plugs out correctly prior to charging.
now, when connected back up to fence the light on the energiser shows solid red for 30sec-1 min, before changing to pulsing green.
ive checked and double checked battery (shows as fully charged), fence, earthing stake and energiser.
have checked fluid level in battery and looks ok (same as the other battery which is working 100% fine).
its definately working as he walked in to it and got a zap!
is this likely to be:
1.fence problem
2.battery problem, either not fully charged or needs more distilled water
3.energiser problem
4.none of the above and just ignore it!
am going to try the energiser with a diff (virtually brand new) battery later to try and double check but if anyone has anything else to double/triple check or try later that would be great.
