as the title really... any news from starzan on the farrier catching techniques?

how's your day been?

mine's been rubbish, just work poop really, and worried about a friend too, but can't go into that here. :(

But, I did go for a run this evening, to clear my head a bit, and for the first time managed to run more than half of the route that I use. :D

I then counteracted that with a G&t, curry (albeit, homemade low fat vege curry) and B&J phish food yoghurt ice cream! :o

**** day!

Car still broken after 7 months.

TB lame in off-fore - now wrenched shoe off near-fore. Farrier can't come til next week!

Laptop crashed.

Row with OH re car and laptop.

Going to bed!

Well...

Back is seriously sore after yesterday, and now the connecting muscles in my shoulders, arms etc are aching too :( Bit of a downer after such a good lesson.

On the plus side, went into school today to give all my GCSE teachers their presents :) Got the head of maths to confirm my grade too, and...

I GOT AN A IN MATHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D

Hope everyone feels better soon! XxX

looking good - getting better all the time!

IMO you need to drop your weight into your heel, and shorten your reins and put your hands down. as it is you're tensing your shoulders to keep the contact and doing that makes you lift your heels which makes you bounce about, which makes her speed up, which makes you tense your shoulders.... etc etc. you see where i'm going? all the tensing up and so on will doubtless be making your shoulders hurt!

I'd recommend some stirrupless lunge lessons to perfect a deeper seat!

seriously big improvement from the last video, i'm impressed.
