My 5yo ISH mare gets a quivering shoulder- the mucle just above the elbow. Like it goes into spasm.
It seems related to stress/excitement and or anxiety, mostly seen at feed times and then that's NOT every feed time. Then there are times it just seems to do it for where I can see no apparent reason?!
Any suggestions as to why this happens?
She is not a nervy sort infact very confident by nature.
