Sage is really quite lame on her "undone" leg. That is the one that has not had the cruciate done. She has been chewing her paw so I am hoping that is the problem. She is very protective of her back feet so having a good look is way too stressful for all of us.
I have a horrible feeling a second TPL is in our very near future. She is a dreadful patient so that is my worst nightmare.

Not a chance MM. She throws a real hissy fit if you even think about looking at either of her back feet. The only thing we can do is wait for her to fall asleep on her back and have a sneaky peek. No danger of spreading toes or having a feel.
She has been slightly lame for a few days but suddenly went very hoppy out of the blue this morning. That's why I fear the worst.
Oh well if it is her cruciate they will both have been done and she, and we, can relax.....until the next crisis. :D
