Thank you all SO MUCH for your words of comfort and support today, words cannot express fully what it means...

"Flo" went very peacefully and as we speak has now joined her friends in the rainbow fields. All very sad and many tears shed, but with a different vet telling mum she has done the kindest thing for her longtime friend, mum feels a bit better.

R.I.P. Flosey........always be remembered...and now reunited with your daughter in the rainbow fields..

So sorry, though having read your post from yesterday, I think Flosey has been blessed - not only with her rescue, but with her leaving peacefully and in due time. Your mum should be proud. The sadness will pass and be overtaken by happy memories and the knowledge that she did everything right.
