Race Horse's in Newmarket...wow....

Had to go to Newmarket today and i parked right next to the road track that the race horse's use to get to A to B, and wow their are some lovely lOOKING race horse's and sooooo young (some of the jockeys was'nt bad either...LOL

) any one been to Newmarket lately, i could have stayed there all day just to watch them all.

Trust me the novelty weats off when you are in a rush to get to work and you have about 50 of them crossing at once!!!

You should go up to warren hill and watch them...

It is a beautiful sight to see so many horses, novelty still hasn't worn off for me and it is still my dream to ride up warren hill. Warren Hill at between 6 and 7 in the morning is just alive with horses.

LOL - getting stuck in the traffic, caused by the lovely darlings crossing the road in there 100's (so it seemed) on my home after being up all night foaling mares used to really pee me orrff earlier this year!!

Look out for a real variety in the standard of riding too!!! I was genuinely SHOCKED by some of them!! Also if you are like me, you'll end up helping catch loose horses........

But i do agree it is a fab site when you're in no hurry - drive anywhere in the town and chances are you'll see them walking down the horsepaths or head down and watch them in between teh racecourses opposite the golf club - there's gallops there - i used to work opposite some gallops so just used to look out my window!
