Racesafe vs Aerowear Outlyne - hot to wear?

Advice please!

I have an Airowear Outlyne BP. I do feel very safe in it but I am finding it is very hot to wear even over just a tshirt, and I'm wondering how I'll manage in the summer. (I wear it every time I ride).

I am wondering how much lighter/cooler to wear the Racesafe 2010 would be - has anyone here worn both, and if so do you find much difference between the two?

Ive had both, currently have the racesafe.
I deff found the Aerowear cooler but the racesafe is by far more comfy and flexible to ride in.

But saying that i manage with racesafe to stay rather cool, but aerowear is cooler.

I have tried both, and the Racesafe is much lighter IMO, I wear mine all summer without any bother

I have an outlyne, it's not very comfortable or light. It's a bit like jumping in a straight jacket, tbh. I'm too lazy and tight to get a racesafe, which I think would be better.

I have a kan and despite its bulky appearance, on it is v light. I've been wearing it in the heat no problem.

I have a racesafe 2010 and do find it hot. It's like wearing a padded body warmer on a hot day.

i have both a RS and an outlyne. I always had the RS and wear it every time I ride...all summer, no probs I only got the outlyne a month or 2 ago as I am rather umm, pregnant and cant zip my RS up anymore and found the Outlyne more adjustable, and I promised OH id always ride with a BP on lol, so it was give up til after the baby comes or get another BP lol I really really like the outlyne, find it v comfy but yes, i do find it hotter and bit more bulky than the RS. Hope that helps.

I wear a racesafe all morning everyday, find them comfy and don't get hot in it and I hate wearing body protecters!
