Top quality horses everywhere. Delta Work one of my favourite horses but outsider in his race. Did anyone see the race yesterday where a loose horse caused serious interference and some punter yelled it was fixed !

I'd love to see City of Troy win, just not sure if he will be able to lay up with them early then face the kickback, the races look quite rough and ready too

Had some cracking races over the jumps too, good it's cloudy so not affected by sun issues

That was a non event!

Yep! Didn't get out the stalls and looked like he didn't handle the kick back you could see Ryan trying to keep him so he wasn't behind another horse. They look like they launch insanely fast, he wasn't even "bad" out the stalls but he was a mile behind very quickly and playing catch up when they weren't stopping

Very underwhelming result! Wonder how he'd have done in the turf

"Giver not a taker" fractured a right front forelegs and had to be pts

Not seen the racing last night as I’m on early shifts and was asleep! But Giver Not A Taker was euthanised in July at Del Mar after sustaining a fetlock fracture.

Sadly it was Jayarebe who was lost yesterday 🙁

“During the Breeders' Cup Turf at Del Mar, Jayarebe suffered what appears to have been a cardiac event on the gallop out," Breeders' Cup reported. "He was immediately attended to by a team of veterinary experts led by Dr. Brent Cassady, but unfortunately passed away.” - Bloodhorse

To be honest I’m not surprised about City Of Troy, but without any dirt tracks and now no FibreSand at Southwell to test them out on, it’s a long way to find out they don’t handle the kick back!

I’m really thrilled for Thorpedo Anna, who’s had a cracking season, although it’s a shame we never got to see her go against Idiomatic who was retired recently due to injury. Thorpedo Anna will be staying in training and will return next year for her 4 year old season after a layoff. I think she’s going back to Kentucky.
