Back in April, yes April, I ordered several items from an equestrian mail order company. They sent the sheepskin half pad I ordered but said the crystal browband and leather headcollar weren't in stock and would follow. Cue many many emails back and forth over the weeks when it was promised it'd be here, given dates for dispatch, appologies etc etc until I finally say I'm cancelling the order. Company says please don't, have a free gift as an appology. So, I choose a dressage saddle cloth to match the half pad. This was 3 wks ago. Order finally arrives today with GP saddle cloth, wrong browband and NO HEADCOLLAR!!!!! Argh! Have left a very angry message on their machine and currently waiting for a phone call. Soooo mad!!!!!!!
 
Is it rideaway, they were atrocious before christmas when I tried to order, just one item...I in fact never received the item and waited 2 months for a refund!
 
Another seriously not impressed with rideaway person here. Will never ever ever order from them again.
 
Ring your credit card company. They can recall the payment. If everyone did that the suppliers risk losing their authority to take credit card payments.
