Rainscald? Or somthing else?

I got my new pony a few weeks ago. And she was coverd in patches, scabs the lot

So after a few weeks of grooming she looks like a new pony, but she still had a few lumps which i thought might be the start of sarcoids. So i had a good look at them and theses hugeeeee scabs came off and the skin underneath seemed sore. Would this have been rainscald from her previous home where she wasnt rugged?

Shes rugged now and hasnt got anymore
