Well today has been an adventure! With one thing going wrong after another.... Petrol station had no power and I was on fumes! Horses have decided they don't like their new neighbour and trench warfare has ensued!!!! (Will be speaking to YO about moving new horse if possible) and finally I had a metal rake fall into my eye..... No damage to the eye, but the same can't be said the the area around the eye! (I don't even have a good story for the black circle!!)

so could someone kindly send some frozen peas my way? They will be highly appreciated! :)

ouch, sending frozen peas your way. at least your eye isn't damaged. fence post in my eye last year required an a&e visit and a patch! (after finishing the horses lol). Hope tomorrow goes better!

OMG, that must have been scary! There's a fab cream whose name escapes me that removes the discolouration, ask at the pharmacist and keep a check on any further swelling in the area! Hope it's not too sore.

Ooh thank you! I will ask......sunglasses do look a bit weird in November! It's mainly just under the eye and working down the nose. Yes very lucky it's not in the eye...it was one of those moments where you can just see it falling towards you, you know where it will hit but there is nothing you can do about it!

Oh well, tomorrow can only get better!!!

(((HUGS))))

gotta laugh at image of horses in tin hats and various warfare regalia......

If my gelding could have been he would have! I think he is feeling 'challenged' with the new boy next door. Cos it's my mare and boy out together, and have been out by them selves with no other boys around for the past 6 months I think it came as a bit of a shock! New boy is getting a bit more interested in his surrounds and my mare, so my boy has decided he needs to show whose boss.... So warfare has started and the trench has been dug (it was a lovely grassy field yesterday)... But I have told him that he gets no more grass till spring and that he shouldn't ruin what he's got!!!
